The NHDVS vision is to "permantely maintain a home" for disabled and homeless Veterans
NHDVS Coalition Advocacy challenges the land-racket taking place on the, nearly, thousand-acre inland footprint of the Pacific Branch Soldiers Home (original name) and its beachfront property at Santa Monica in the County of Los Angeles, California.
Land-grab is disguised as the publicly approved "master plan" settlement of the Valentini v Shinseki case that ruled in favor of disabled Veterans.
NHDVS has documented and audio recorded evidence proving the settlement is a fabrication three attornies concocted that had led to thr upheaval of the original "Home" atmosphere through the construction of publicly accessable (Metro Rail) commercial areas authorised by the Veterans Administration
Greater Los Angeles Healthcare Service (VAGLAHS) medical center.
VAGLAHS draws its authority to make the illegal and harmful land-use decisions from the Veterans Administration Health System (VAHS), a component of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA); Douglas Collins, DVA Secretary.
Land-grabbers are the self- serving federal bureaucrats who approve baseless (no settlement) master plans designed by UCLA, Brentwood Community groups, Brentwood School, the Collaboration of Developers, Enhanced Use-Lease entities, and a bunch of building management entities, that rely upon the false protection of State, County, and City governments.
State, County, and City governments are not party to the deeds that established the "Home." The "divied-up" scheme has brought blight, drug trafficking, death from overdose, prostitution, and "turf wars" onto the homeland.
Clearly, this act of repurposing of land-use that is deed-restricted in perpetuity to be a "Home" is a criminal offense.
Finally, land-lock delays that are facilitated by the manipulative politicians of this land-theft directly contribute to "two-Veterans-a-day" dying by the preventable homelessness.
